대한민국 법무부에서는 외국인 불법체류 유학생의 증가로 2020년 2월부터 비자연장 허가 시 엄격한 기준으로 심사하겠다고 예고하였습니다.

이에 우리 대학에서는 학생들의 편의를 위하여 1월에 우선하여 비자연장 신청을 진행하려고 합니다.

2월에 비자연장 신청을 하는 경우, 출입국사무소에서 추가서류(본인명의 한국통장 잔고증명서 1,200만원 이상, 학위 영사인증 등)를 요구할 수 있습니다.

학생들은 아래의 일정을 확인하여 비자신청을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 대상: 본교 대학원 재학생 중 비자 만료가 2020년 3월인 학생

2. 서류제출기간: 2020년 1월 8일(수) - 2020년 1월 17일(금), 기한 엄수

3. 제출처: 국제협력팀

4. 제출서류

○ 재학생: 외국인등록증, 재학증명서(국문), 성적증명서(국문), 거주지 확인서, 보험가입증명서 + 수수료 5만원

○ 수료생: 외국인등록증, 수료증명서(국문), 성적증명서(국문), 논문지도일정 지도교수 확인, 본인명의 통장 잔고증명서(8,400,000원 이상), 거주지 확인서, 보험가입증명서 + 수수료 5만원

○ 학부→석사: 외국인등록증, 학부졸업증명서(국문), 학부성적증명서(국문), 등록금납부확인서, 거주지 확인서, 보험가입증명서 + 수수료 5만원

○ 석사→박사: 외국인등록증, 석사졸업증명서(국문), 석사성적증명서(국문), 등록금납부확인서, 거주지 확인서, 보험가입증명서 + 수수료 5만원

** GPA 2.0 이상인 재학생은 은행잔고증명서 면제

** GPA 2.0 이하인 재학생은 1,200만원 이상의 본인명의 통장잔고증명서 준비(유효기간: 30일이내)

** 보험 미가입자 및 기간만료자는 비자연장 신청불가

** 기숙사 거주자는 국제협력팀에서 거주지 확인서 발급

** 외부거주자는 집계약서 제출(계약서가 본인명의가 아닐시, 거주제공확인서 및 집계약자 신분증 사본 추가제출)

5. 주의사항: 서류제출 기간 내에 미제출학생은 비자연장이 절대 불가능하므로 기한엄수!

6. 참고사항: 외국인 비자연장은 1개월 정도 소요되므로 외국인등록증 수령일은 추후통보

** 졸업 후 구직할동을 위한 비자연장(D-10)은 직접 출입국에 방문하여 본인이 직접신청

** 한국어연수 비자변경 대상자(D4->D2)는 별도통보 예정

Due to the skyrocketing of the number of illegal foreign residents(students), The Ministry of Justice of Korea has announced that the immigration office will screen the student visa extension so strictly from February 2020.

Therefore, for the convenience of our students, we will apply for students' visa extension beforehand in January.

If you apply for a visa in February, the immigration office may require additional documents (e.g. more than 12 million won in Korean bank statement under your name, consular confirmation on your degree, etc.).

Please submit the documents to the International Office within the period so your visa can be extended.

1. Candidates: Graduate students who have a visa expiration by the end of March 2020

2. Document submission period: January 8 (Wed), 2020 - January 17(Fri), 2020

3. Submit to: International Office

4. Required Documents

○ Enrolled Students: Alien Registration Card, Certificate of Enrollment(Korean), Transcript(Korean), Housing Contract, Certificate of Insurance + Fee 50,000 won

○ Completion Students: Alien Registration Card, Certificate of Completion(Korean), Transcript(Korean), Confirmation Form for Faculty Advisor on a Student's Thesis Schedule(Korean), Korean bank statement under your name(More than 8,400,000 won), Housing Contract, Certificate of Insurance + Fee 50,000 won

○ Undergraduate→Master's: Alien Registration Card, Undergraduate Graduation Certificate(Korean), Undergraduate Transcript(Korean), Tuition Receipt, Housing Contract, Certificate of Insurance + Fee 50,000 won

○ Master's→Doctorate: Alien Registration Card, Master's Graduation Certificate(Korean), Master's Transcript(Korean), Tuition Receipt, Housing Contract, Certificate of Insurance + Fee 50,000 won

** Enrolled students above GPA (2.0) are exempt from Bank Statement

** Enrolled students with GPA 2.0 or lower should submit a Bank Statement under their own name of more than 12 million won (validity period: within 30 days)

** Non-insurance holder can't apply for visa extension

** Dormitory residents will issue residence confirmation from International Office

** The resident out of school should submit a housing contract (if the contract is not his or her own name, additionally submit of ‘Residence Confirmation Certificate’ and ‘Copy of ID card’ of the Contractor)

5. Note: Students who do not submit their documents within the deadline will not be allowed to extend their visa.

6. Note: The alien registration card takes about one month to issue by the Immigration office, so the date of receipt of alien registration card will be notified later.

** Job Seeking Visa(D-10) applicants after graduation should apply in person at the immigration.

** Visa changes for Korean language students (D4-> D2) will be notified soon.

重要通知) 大学院学生签证延签申请

大韩民国法务部因留学生非法滞留增加，预告自2020年2月开始，签证延签时将更加严格审查。

基于此，我校为方便留学生，将在一月份进行延签申请。

如二月份申请签证延签的话，出入境将要求学生（本人名义下的韩国存折，做1200万韩币以上的存款证明）追加提交该材料。

希望大家仔细阅读以下日程后进行签证延签。

1. 对象: 本校大学院在校生中签证截止日期为 2020年 3月份的学生。

2. 材料提交期间: 2020年 1月 8日(周三) – 2020年 1月 17日(周五), 规定时间内提交

3. 提交地点: 国际协力部

4. 提交材料

- 在校生: 外国人登陆证, 在学证明(韩文), 成绩证明(韩文), 住址确认书, 保险加入证明 + 手续费5万韩币

- 结业生: 外国人登陆证, 在学证明(韩文), 成绩证明(韩文), 论文指导日程 指导教授确认书, 本人名义的存款证明(8,400,000韩元 以上), 住址确认书, 保险加入证明 + 手续费5万韩币

- 本科→硕士: 外国人登陆证, 本科毕业证明(韩文), 本科成绩证明(韩文),学费缴纳确认书, 住址确认书, 保险加入证明 + 手续费5万韩币

- 硕士→博士: 外国人登陆证, 硕士毕业证明(韩文), 硕士成绩证明(韩文), 学费缴纳确认书, 住址确认书, 保险加入证明书 + 手续费5万韩币

** GPA 2.0 以上学生免除银行存款证明

** GPA 2.0 以下学生 提交1,200万以上韩币的本人名义下的存款证明(有效期:30日以内)

** 未缴纳保险或保险到期的学生不可以进行延签

** 住学校宿舍的同学，国际协力部提供住宿证明，本人无需准备

** 住在校外的学生提交房屋合同复印件(如不是本人名义签订的房屋合同，则需补充提交，房屋合同签订者的外国人登陆证复印件和住址提供确认书)

5. 注意事项: 材料提交规定期间未能提交的同学，绝对不可以进行延签

6. 参考事项: 外国人登陆证延签需要一个月左右的时间，登陆证延签完成后，会第一时间通知大家来国际协力部领取。

**毕业生因求职滞留韩国的，需要学生本人去出入境办理(D-10) 签证。（所需材料请参考出入境官网）
