Appointment of the dissertation review committee

• 3 Master's (including the head of examiner), 5 PhD's (including the head of examiner)

※ The thesis guidance professor will be an paper examiner and cannot be a head of paper examiner.

※ One external examiner (less than two) is required to appoint one of the applicants for doctoral dissertations from the 2010 academic year.

A. full-time faculty or authority on a corresponding major of this university.

B. A doctoral dissertation examiner among full-time faculty has a doctorate degree.

C. The majority of the panels are majors in the same field of expertise as those in essay writing.

※ In case of a collaborative department that requires you to choose between multiple degrees, The composition of the thesis examiners shall be majority by the ones with the degree. The head of examiner is also appointed from among the examiners who hold the degree.

1. a copy of payment confirmation for Thesis examination.

2. Thesis: 3 volumes(master’s), 5 volumes(doctor’s)

- The examination papers shall be in the complete form of the dissertation (must be bound)

3. a copy of copyright permit

4. a copy of recommendation for a dissertation examiner

5. a copy of a pledge of compliance with research ethics

6. a copy of a summary of the examination results and thesis plan

(Integrated Information System for Teaching Professionals--> education-> Comprehensive test management and thesis guidance->print a summary of the examination results and thesis plan for graduate)

Acceptance thesis and document submission

3) a copy of external examiner's acceptance letter (not to all addressees).

4) a copy of Submission confirmation(Access‘dicollection’on the central library website, enter the dissertation data, print out and submit it).

5) 6 volumes of thesis (7 volumes from the law dept.)

6) a copy of Plagiarism Test General Results Confirmation (the default view).

7) a copy of Master's and Doctor's degree statistical survey questionnaire
