하반기 국외 입국 유학생 안내사항(안)

최근 코로나19 감염병 확산이 빠르게 일어나고 있으며, 특히 우리 대학이 위치한 광주 광역시의 지역내 감염의 확산이 급격하게 증가하였습니다. 이에 따라, 국외 경로의 추가 감염 확산을 방지하고 유학생 여러분의 안전확보를 위해 부득이 입국자 전원에 대한 기숙사 격리를 시행하고자 하오니, 유학생 여러분의 양해와 적극적인 협조를 바랍니다.

※ 한국에 체류 중인 유학생은 방학 중 본국 귀국을 반드시 자제하시고, 부득이 귀국 하여야할 경우, 국제협력팀 담당자에게 보고하고 반드시!!! 출입국 사무소 방문하여 재입국 허가 신청 후 출국하여야 합니다. 재입국 시, 2번 항공일정 제출기간에 따라 입국일정을 보고하시고, 아래 자가격리 절차를 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다!!

1. 휴학생 서약서 작성

- 신청기간: 2020. 7. 15. ~ 7. 20.

- 신청방법

1) 서약서를 다운로드하여 자필 서명 후 스캔

2) 아래 온라인 폼으로 신청서 작성 및 서약서 업로드

- 첨부 파일의 '서약서'를 다운로드하여 자필 서명

3) 필요 서류

2. 항공일정 제출기간: 2020. 7. 31. ~ 8. 10.(예정)

- 제출서류: 항공편명, 출발시간, 도착시간, 도착지

- 제출방법: 추후 공지 예정

※ 반드시 픽업지정 기간의 항공편을 예매하여야 함

3. 픽업기간: 2020. 8. 31. ~ 9. 9.

4. 픽업절차: 인천공항 또는 광주공항 픽업 → 전체 기숙사 격리 → 입국자 전원 코로나19 검사 → 자가격리 비용 부담(50만원, 숙박비 별도) → 14일 자가격리 → 격리 14일째 코로나19 재검사 실시 → 음성 → 격리해제

5. 부득이한 사유가 특별히 있는 경우에 한하여 픽업기간 이외 개별 입국할 경우 개별 외부숙소에서 자가격리하여야 하며 아래 절차를 따라 이행하여야 합니다. 또한 격리 기간 중 지침 미준수로 인한 손해배상 청구 등의 불이익 및 사법처리 등의 일체의 책임은 학생 본인에게 있음을 양지하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- 인천공항 도착 → 광명역 이동(셔틀버스 탑승) → 광주송정역KTX 탑승(도착시각 담당자에게 보고) → 격리 기관 이송 → 코로나19 검사 → ‘음성’결과 시 자가격리장소 이동(격리장소 자체)

Guidelines for international students arriving in the Fall semester

Recently, the spread of Covid-19 has been rapidly occurring, especially in Gwangju, where our university is located, the spread of infections in the city has increased rapidly. Accordingly, in order to prevent the spread of additional infections through overseas routes and to ensure the safety of all international students, we would like to ask for your understanding and active cooperation.

※ Students staying in Korea must refrain from returning home during vacation, and if they are forced to return home, report to the International Affairs Team and make sure you must visit the immigration office and apply for re-entry permission before leaving the country. Upon re-entry, please report the arrival schedule according to the flight schedule submission period(no.2) and Keep the self-quarantine guideline below!!

1. Application for return to school

1) Application period: 2020. 7. 15. ~ 7. 20.

2) How to apply

- Download ‘Agreement on the Entry Procedure for Int’l students’ and fill in the pledge(hanwritten signature is required)

- Fill in the application online form below(upload required documents)

3) Required documents:

- passport copy, and scanned copy of pledge (requires signature after understanding the contents)

2. Flight schedule submission period: 2020. 7. 31. ~ 8. 10. (scheduled)

- Required documents: flight number, departure time, arrival time, destination

- How to Submit : (it will be announced later)

※ You must book a flight during the designated period for pick-up.

3. Pick-up period: 2020. 8. 31. ~ 9. 9.

4. Pick-up procedure:

Pick-up at Incheon Airport or Gwangju Airport → a whole dormitory isolated → Covid-19 infection test → Payment for Self-quarantine expense (KRW 500,000, accommodation excluded) → Re-inspection of Covid-19 on the 14th day of self-quarantine → Results in negative → Completion of self-quarantine

5. If you cannot enter the country within the pickup period due to unavoidable reasons, you must self-quarantine in your flat and follow the procedure below. Also, please keep in mind that the student is responsible for any disadvantages such as claims for damages due to non-compliance with the guidelines during the quarantine period, and judicial processing.

※ Arriving at Incheon Airport → Move to Gwangmyeong Station (Shuttle Bus) → Board on KTX bound for Gwangju Songjeong Station (Report the arrival time to the manager in charge) → Move to Covid-19 testing center → do Covid-19 infection test→ Move to a self-quarantine place upon 'negative' result.

休学生、在校生及新生入境说明事项

最近新型肺炎传染病正在快速增长, 特别是我们学校所在的光州广域市地区感染者更是急剧增长. 因此, 为防止国外输入病例的增加，并且为了保证所有留学生的安全，现不得不对入境的所有留学生进行学校宿舍隔离。希望大家能够理解并积极配合。

※ 目前滞留在韩国的留学生 假期期间尽量不要回国 , 不得已必须回国的话, 必须来国际协力部向主管老师报告!!! 访问出入境管理局申请到再入境许可后才可以出境，再入境时, 请按照以下第1项的规定，在规定的时间内报告航班信息, 并遵守以下入境隔离措施!!

1. 申请入境

1）期间：2020.7.10.~15.

2）申请方法: 下载责任书*（ 附件文件 ）须看内容及亲自签名 → 填写下面问卷星表格（须上传相关的材料）

3）需要的材料：责任书扫描件，护照复印件

2. 机票信息提交时间: 2020. 7. 31. ~ 8.10.(预计)

- 提交材料: 航班号, 出发时间, 到达时间, 到达地, 责任书(内容熟知后，必须手写签名) 然后提交扫描件

- 出发方法: 随后通知

※ 必须购买指定接机时间内的航班

3. 接机时间: 2020. 8. 31. ~ 9. 9.

4. 接机程序: 仁川机场和光州机场接机→ 全员宿舍隔离 → 入境全员进行核酸检测→ 隔离费用负担（50万韩币，不包含住宿费) → 14天隔离 → 隔离第14天进行核酸检测→ 阴性 → 解除隔离

5. 因特别事由而不能在规定时间内入境的学生，入境后将在校外自行隔离，但必须遵守以下的隔离程序. 并且，隔离期间因不遵守隔离规定而发生的罚款和司法处理等一些不利后果，均有学生本人自己承担，请大家一定注意。

- 到达仁川机场→ 移动到光明驿(乘坐摆渡车) → 乘坐到光州松汀驿的KTX (向主管老师报告到达时间) → 隔离点移送 → 新冠检测→ ‘阴性’结果时 移动到自我隔离地点
