최근 전파력이 높은 코로나19 변이바이러스의 전 세계적 확산에 따라, 한국정부는 해외에서 입국하는 모든 외국인에 대해 PCR 음성확인서 제출 의무화를 시행하기로 결정하였습니다.

일시 출국한 학생들은 필히 준비하여 입국 시 불이익이 발생하지 않도록 주의하시기 바랍니다!

o 제출대상 : 국내로 입국하는 모든 외국인

o 제출기준 : 출발일 기준 72시간 이내 발급한 확인서

o 검사기관 : 모든 검사 기관 인정, 단 영문으로 작성된 원본 제출

o 시행시기 : 2021. 1.8(금) 0시부터 (입국일 기준)

o 제출방법 : 출발일 기준 72시간 이내 발급한 PCR 음성확인서를 검역단계에서 제출

             - 항공편 탑승 시 항공사 측에 제시 필요(미소지 시 탑승 불허)

             - 입국 후 검역단계에서 PCR 음성확인서 제출

o 주의사항

  - 강화된 방역조치가 시행중인 국가: 필리핀, 우즈베키스탄, 키르키즈스탄, 방글라데시, 네팔은 지정된 검사기관에서 발급받아야함(현지 한국 영사관 홈페이지 확인 필수!)

  - 경유하여 한국 입국하는 경우: A국 출발, B국에 입국한 후 다시 한국으로 출발하였을 경우 B국에서 발급필요

随着最近传播力较高的新冠肺炎变异病毒在全世界扩散，韩国政府决定针对从海外入境的所有外国人实行提交PCR阴性确认书的义务化。
放假期临时出境的学生请务必做好准备，免得入境时发生不利影响！

o 提交对象:入境的所有外国人
o 提交标准:以出发日为准72小时以内发放的确认书
o 检查机关:所有检查机关认可，提交仅用英文写成的原件
o 施行时间:2021. 1.8(周五) 0点开始（以入境日为准）
o 提交方法:以出发日为准，在检疫阶段提交72小时以内签发的PCR阴性确认书
                   - 搭乘航班时需向航空公司出示（未出示时不准登机）
                   - 入境后在检疫阶段提交PCR阴性确认书

Due to the worldwide spread of a new highly transmissible COVID-19 variant, all foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea will now be required to provide a proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR).

o Submittee :  All foreigners entering the Republic of Korea via airport

o A proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) must be issued within 72 hours of departure date

o The test result issued from the testing organization agency at the country of departure must be original and in English.

o Effective 12:00 am, on January 8, 2021(KST)

o How to submit: 

- A proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) must be presented to the airline personnel when a passenger boards an aircraft. Boarding will not be permitted for foreign passengers without a negative COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours. 

-The test result should be submitted to the quarantine authorities upon their arrival in the ROK. 

Precautions[!]

  - Countries with tightened quarantine measures in place: Philippines, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Bangladesh and Nepal must be issued by designated inspection agencies (Please check the local Korean Consulate's website!)

  - If you enter Korea via transit: If you leave for Korea again after entering Country A, Country B, you need to issue it from Country B.
