2021. 03. 01. 부터 외국인 유학생도 국민건강보험에 가입됩니다. 

1. 가입대상: 외국인 유학생

2. 가입시기: 국내 체류 유학생 중 건강보험에 가입하지 않은 유학생으로 2021.03.01.부터 자동 가입처리됩니다.

  - 유학생(D-2 비자): 최초 입국 - 외국인등록 후 자동 가입 처리

  - 언어연수생(D-4비자): 입국일로부터 6개월 경과 후 자동 가입 처리(언어연수생은 최초 입국 후 1년은 변경 전 가입했던 유학생 민간보험 가입 의무)

3. 보험료: 매월 25일 납부하여야 함

  - 납부방법: 자동이체(계좌, 카드), 은행, 홈페이지 

  - 보험료: 39,540원 + 3월 보험료의 10% 분할(3,950원) = 43,490원/월

★★★★★ 4. 보험료 부과 자동이체 신청 방법

  1) 공단 전화(033-811-2000 또는 1577-1000) → 자동이체 신청 → 은행 계좌 안내 → 신청 

  2) 신청서(첨부파일) 작성 → 국제협력팀 방문하여 각 담당과정 선생님에게 제출 → 국제협력팀에서 건강보험공단으로 신청서 제출 → 신청 완료

    - 제출기한: 2021.04.09.(금) 15:00까지

    - 대학원: 지홍범

    - 학부: 이성우

    - 한국어연수: 정설휘

※ 자동이체 신청 은행 계좌에 매월 25일 전에 보험료(약 5만원) 입금해두어야 함!!!!! 

※ 보험료 부과방법은 되도록 자동이체 신청을 꼭 하시어 출입국 비자연장에 불이익이 발생하지 

   않도록 하시기 바랍니다.

5. 건강보험 혜택: 한국인과 동일한 헤택을 받을 수 있으며, 의료비 결제 시 즉시 적용되므로 사후 청구할 필요없음

6. 보험료 납부하지 않을 경우 불이익: 병원 보험혜택 받을 수 없음/ 법무부 비자연장 불가/ 체납 후 본국 귀국의 경우 향후 한국 입국 비자 불허 등의 불이익이 있음

5. Health Insurance Benefits: You can receive the same benefits as Koreans, and they are applied immediately upon payment of medical expenses, so there is no need to claim afterward.

6. Disadvantages if insurance fee is not paid: Hospital insurance benefits cannot be received/ Visa extension is not possible/ If you return to your home country after arrears, there are disadvantages such as disapproval of a visa to enter Korea in the future.

5. 健康保险优惠:可以和韩国人享受同样的优惠，医疗费结算时可立即适用，无需事后申请

6.不缴纳保险费时不利:不能享受医院保险优惠/不能延长法务部签证/滞纳后回国时韩国入境签证不许等。
