기숙사 거주 외국인 학생 건강검진 안내
가. 검진 기간 : 2023.03.6.(월)~3.10.(금) 09:00 ~ 16:30
나. 검진 대상 : 신입생 및 재학생
다. 검진 장소 : 국제관 1층
라. 준비물 : 학생증 또는 재학증명서, 검진비용 20,000원 (통합보건비 또는 학생의료공제조합비를 납부한 학생은 무료)

문진표 작성 → 접수 → 신장·체중 측정→ 혈압측정→ 소변검사 → 채혈 → 일반진찰 → 흉부 방사선 촬영 |
유 의 사 항
◈ 기숙사 입사생은 기간 내 수검하지 않을 경우, 개별적으로 타 의료기관에서 검진진단서를 받아 기숙사로 제출하여야 하므로 기간 내에 보건진료소에서 꼭 검사받으시길 바랍니다.
◈ 건강검진 당일에는 방사선 촬영이 있으므로 장식이 없는 면티를 착용하십시오.
Announcement on Health Medical Checkup for
Dormitory International Students
1. Medical checkup period : 2023.03.6.(Mon)~3.10.(Fri) 09:00 ~ 16:30
2. Target : All international students living in the dormitory
3. Medical checkup place : International Building 1st floor
4. Preparation material : Studend ID card or Student certificate, medical checkup payment 20,000won (Free for student who have paid Integrated health care fee and deductible association expenses of student medical)

Fill out medical questionnaire → Reception → Measure height and weight → Measure blood pressure → Urine test → blood collection → general examination → chest radiography |
Notice
◈ Students entering the dormitory must receive a medical checkup report individually from another medical institution and submit it to the dormitory if they do not take the examination within the period.
◈ On the day of the medical checkup, there will be radiographs, so wear plain cotton t-shirts.
住在宿舍的外国学生健康检查指南
1. 检查时间 : 2023.3.6（周一）-3.10（周五） 9:00-16:30
2. 检查对象：新生和在校生
3. 检查场所：国际馆一楼
4. 准备物品：学生证或在校证明。检查费用20000韩元（缴纳综合保健费或学生医疗共济组合费的学生免费）

问诊表填写→接受→肾脏·体重测定▶血压测定▶尿检→采血→一般诊断→胸部放射线拍摄 |
注意事项
◈ 宿舍入职生在期限内不接受检查时,个别要从其他医疗机构得到检查诊断线索后提交到宿 舍,因此请在期限内一定要在保健诊疗所接受检查,
◈ 健康检查当天有放射线摄影，请佩戴无装饰的棉T恤。
