2024학년도 1학기 조선대학교 외국인등록증 단체접수(온라인) 안내

 

안녕하세요. 조선대학교 국제협력팀입니다.

학생들의 원활한 외국인등록증 발급을 위하여 온라인으로 단체 접수를 진행합니다. 신청이 필요한 학생들은 해당 기간 내에 반드시 신청해주시기 바랍니다. 개별적으로 진행을 한 학생들은 신청하지 않아도 됩니다.

 

1. 신청기간 안내

1) 외국인등록증 신규 발급:

3월 4일(월) ~ 3월 11일(월)

*기간 내에 한국 입국한 학생만 신청 가능

2) 체류 기간 연장:

2월 26일(월) ~ 3월 10일(일)

3) 체류 자격 변경:

2월 13일(화) ~ 2월 16일(금)

*필요에 의해 추가 신청을 진행할 수 있음

4. 국제협력팀 발급 서류

1) 발급 서류: 기숙사거주확인서, 체재비지급확약서(지도교수 재정보증자)

2) 서류 발급 절차: 구글폼 작성(외국인등록증 앞뒷면 업로드) → 국제협력팀 방문하여 수령 → 신청 링크 통해 업로드 및 신청

Guidelines for Chosun University

ARC group application for 2024 Spring semester

 

Hello. This is Chosun University Office of International Affairs.
The International Affairs will conduct an online group application for better and easier issuance of ARC for the students. Those who need to apply, must apply within the applicable period. Students who have applied or plan to apply themselves, don’t need to apply the group application.

 

1. Application period information

1) Issuance of a new ARC:

March 4th (Mon) ~ March 11th (Mon)
*You must be in Korea to apply

 

2) Extension of period of stay:

February 26th (Mon) ~ March 10th (Sun)

3) Change of status of residence:

February 13th (Tue) ~ February 16th (Fri)

*Additional applications may be made if necessary.

2. Information on expenses for each task

*Additional charges may occur due to exchange rates and fees

4. Documents issued by the International Affairs Team

1) Documents to be issued: dormitory residence confirmation, stay payment commitment (only for students whose professor financially guarantee)

2) Procedure for issuing documents: Complete Google Form (upload the front and back of the foreigner registration card) → Visit and receive the international cooperation team → Upload and apply through the application link

3) Period of visit to the International Affairs Team: February 19, 2024 to February 23, 2024.

* The international team only issues school documents required for visas, and students handle visa work through direct links. (Foreigner registration, visa extension, qualification change)

2024学年度第1学期朝鲜大学外国人登录证团体受理（网上）通知

大家好，这里是朝鲜大学国际协力部。

国际协力部为了帮助大家顺利的办理外国人登陆证以及其他滞留延长办理，将会进行线上团体办理申请，需要的同学请熟知下方申请日期以及注意事项，在相应的期间按时完成申请，自己个别进行的同学则无需申请。

1. 申请期间指南

1) 外国人登陆证新办理申请:

    3月 4日（周一）~3月 11日（周一）
      *只有在这个期间内入境了韩国才可以申请。

2) 滞留期限延长:

    2月 26日（周一）～3月 10日（周日）

3) 滞留资格变更:

   2月 13日（周二）～2月 16日（周五）

   *根据需要有可能会追加延长申请期间

1) 签发材料:宿舍居住确认书、滞留费支付承诺书（教授财政担保人）

2)文件发放程序:填写谷歌表单（上传外国人登录证正反面）→访问国际力部办公室领取→ 通过申请链接上传及申请
