Graduate Master's and Doctoral Degree Conferral Ceremony Guidelines

2023학년도 대학원 석사ㆍ박사 학위수여식을 아래와 같이 거행하오니 참석하여 주시기 바랍니다.

가. 일 시(Date): 2024. 2. 23(금) 10:00 ~ 

                   February 23, 2024 (Friday)10:00 ~ 

나. 장 소(venue) : 조선대학교 해오름관(Hae-o-reum hall)

◇ 안 내 사 항(notice) ◇

1. 석사ㆍ박사학위수여 대상자는 2024. 2. 23(금) 가운을 착용하신 후, 9시 40분까지 해오름관에 참석하여 주시기 바랍니다.

* 학위복이 대여되는 본관에서 학위수여식이 진행되는 해오름관까지는 도보로 약 5분정도 소요되므로 참고하시기 바랍니니다.

Graduates receiving Master's and Doctoral degrees are kindly requested to wear academic gowns and be present at Haeoreum Hall by 9:40 AM on February 23, 2024.

Please note that the distance from the main building, where academic gowns are provided, to Haeoreum Hall, where the ceremony will take place, is approximately a 5-minute walk.

2. 석사학위수여자는 석사석 팻말이 설치된 좌석에, 박사학위수여자는 박사석 팻말이 설치된 좌석에 착석하여 주시기 바랍니다.

    Master's degree recipients are advised to take their seats at locations marked with Master's degree banners, while Doctoral degree recipients are instructed to occupy seats designated with Doctoral degree banners.

3. 박사학위수여자는 연단에 올라가 학위기를 수여받게 되며, 행사 진행상 학위기 샘플로 수여됨을 알려드리며, 가운 반납 시 학위기 원본으로 교환하여 드립니다.

   Doctoral degree recipients will ascend the stage to receive their academic hood. It is important to note that during the ceremony, a sample academic hood will be presented, and the original academic hood will be exchanged upon the return of the academic gown.

4. 가운 대여 시 신분증을 “꼭” 지참 하시어 본관 남쪽 3층 (석사: 3176강의실 박사 : 3177강의실)에서 2024. 2. 23(금) 오전 9시부터 대여 받아 당일 오후 1시까지 반납 하여야 합니다.

   When renting the academic gown, it is imperative to bring identification and collect the gown at the south side of the main building (Master's: Room 3176, Doctoral: Room 3177) starting from 9:00 AM on February 23, 2024. The gown must be returned by 1:00 PM on the same day.
