합격자 중 장학금 대상자는 신청서를 작성하여 7.1.(월) 오후 5시까지 국제협력팀(dayoung2909@chosun.ac.kr)으로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. (미 제출시 장학금 수혜 불가)

사전에 보완서류 제출 안내 메일을 받은 학생은 본인의 비자 발급 지연을 막기위해 최대한 빠른 시일 내에 보완서류를 제출해주시기 바랍니다.

이후 일정에 대해 안내합니다.

백학장학금, 진학장학금 해당자는 명단 확인하여 반드시 제출하여야 하며, 신청서 미 제출시 장학금 수혜 불가합니다.

* 유의사항

- 한국어, 영어를 제외한 기타 언어로 되어 있는 경우, 한국어 번역공증 필수

- 제출된 모든 서류는 일체 반환하지 않으므로 제출 서류 준비 시 추후 비자 신청을 위한 여분의 서류 추가적으로 준비 요망.

- 최종합격 후 등록 기간 내 등록금을 납부한 지원자에게만 ‘표준입학허가서’를 우편으로 발송, 등록금 미납 시 합격이 취소됨.

- 본교에서 표준입학허가서가 발행되었더라도, 지원자가 비자 발급 또는 비자 연장(변경)을 위해 해당 국가의 한국대사관(영사관) 또는 국내 관할 출입국 관리 사무소에서 학생비자가 발급 또는 연장(변경)되지 않는 경우, 합격은 취소됨.

- 등록금을 납부하더라도 모든 필수 서류 미제출 시, 입학이 취소됨.

- 비자 발급 지연, 거절 등의 문제 발생의 경우 책임은 본인에게 있으며, 등록금 납부 후 입학 불가시 등록포기서를 2024.8.23.(금)까지 제출하여야 등록금 전액 환불 가능

[해외 입국자 대상 픽업버스 제공 안내]

해외 입국자 대상으로 8월 28일 수요일 오후 2시에 인천공항에서 조선대학교까지 바로 오는 픽업 버스가 제공될 예정입니다. 인천공항으로 오는 오전 도착 항공편을 타면 픽업버스 탑승이 가능하오니 입국할 때 참고하시기 바랍니다.

Among preliminary successful(accepted) candidates who is eligible for scholarship should submit “ scholarship application” to International affairs team(dayoung2909@chosun.ac.kr) by July 1st at 5:00 p.m..

If it is not submitted, its scholarship will not be awarded.

Preliminary successful candidates who have received an e-mail about supplementary submission of the required documents for admission must submit the documents as soon as possible to prevent delays in issuing of your visa.

*Scholarship application should be submitted to us, if not it will not be awarded.

*Notes (Important)

- Documents written in languages other than Korean or English must be accompanied by a notarized translation (original)

- All submitted documents will not be returned, so applicants should prepare additional documents for future visa application.

- The "Standard Admission Permit" will be sent by mail only to applicants who have paid the tuition within the registration period; admission will be canceled if tuition is not paid.

- Even if a standard admission permit is issued by the university, if the applicant does not obtain a student visa or does not extend/change the visa for the relevant country at the Korean embassy (consulate) or domestic immigration office within the specified period, admission will be canceled.

- Admission can be canceled if it is failed to submit the all required documents eventually even after paying tuition fee.

- Please be aware that the applicant is responsible for any delays in issuing visas, rejections, or related issues. After paying tuition, if an applicant chooses not to enroll for any reason, a registration withdrawal request must be submitted by August 23, 2024 (Friday), in order to qualify for a full tuition refund.

[A Notice for providing a Pick-up Bus from Incheon Airport to Chosun University]

A Pick-up Bus from Incheon Airport to Chosun University will be serviced on Wednesday, August 28, at 2:00 p.m. Please note that you can take a pick-up bus if you take the morning arrival flight to Incheon International Airport.

Thank you
