충장축제 ASIA CULTURE STREET 예선전 안내

해당 행사의 지원자가 많이 발생함에 따라 다음과 같이 예선전을 진행하고자 합니다.

지원해 주신 학생들의 양해 부탁드립니다.

- 예선 일정: 2025.09.19.(금) 10:00~12:00, 13:00~15:00

- 예선 방법: 팀별 부스 운영 시 제공할 음식을 1인분 분량으로 조리하여, 예선 시간 내 국제협력팀 사무실에 제출

※ 부스 운영 시에 제공할 음식이 식재료 준비로 인해 어려울 경우, 본국을 대표하는 음식으로 대체 가능

※ 제출하지 않을 경우 자동 탈락 처리됩니다.

- 심사 기준:

1. 대중성(누구나 쉽게 즐길 수 있는 정도)

2. 기호도(맛과 선호도)

3. 비주얼/플레이팅

4. 완성도

※ 점수는 비공개이며, 심사 결과에 대한 개별 문의는 받지 않습니다.

- 합격자 발표: 2025.09.19.(금) 17:00

팀 대표 메일로 결과를 안내하며, 탈락자에게는 별도의 안내가 없습니다.

- 참가자 혜택: 예선에 참여했으나 선정되지 않은 팀에게는 참가상으로 기프티콘을 지급할 예정입니다.

Notice on Preliminary Round for Chunjang Festival – ASIA CULTURE STREET

As there are many applicants for this event, a preliminary round will be held as follows.

We kindly ask for your understanding.

- Preliminary Schedule: September 19, 2025 (Fri) 10:00–12:00, 13:00–15:00

- Preliminary Method: Each team should prepare one serving of the dish they plan to provide at their booth and submit it to the Office of International Affairs during the preliminary schedule.

※ If it is difficult to prepare the planned booth dish due to ingredient availability, you may substitute it with a representative dish from your home country.

※ Failure to submit will result in automatic disqualification.

- Evaluation Criteria:

1. Popularity (how easily the dish can be enjoyed by the public)

2. Taste and preference

3. Visuals/Plating

4. Completeness

※ Scores will remain confidential, and individual inquiries regarding the results will not be accepted.

- Announcement of Results: September 19, 2025 (Fri) at 17:00

Results will be sent to the team representative’s email. Please note that those who are not selected will not receive a separate notice.

- Participant Benefit: Teams that participate in the preliminary round but are not selected will receive a gift voucher as a participation prize.
